The contest took place during our POINTERS on Price Trends which was held on 13 - 20 February 2012. For the contest, each contestant was requested to predict the settlement price of the third month (May 2012) of the Bursa Malaysia Crude Palm Oil Futures (FCPO) contract at the end of trading on the 27th February 2012.

His winning forecasted price was RM3,278, against the settlement price of RM3,283.

His keen interest in palm oil futures trading and close monitoring of the price movement has given him a competitive advantage when enrolling the contest. His background as Equity Dealer Representative/Equity Market Strategist of Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. where his area of focus includes plantation sectors provides him with strong basis to pick the winning price.
